Deletion of data

The hosting services we use serve to provide the following services: Infrastructure services, computing capacity and database services, security services and technical maintenance services. We use these for the purpose of operating this online offering.
Our hosting provider thus processes inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta and communication data of customers, interested parties and visitors to this website on the basis of interests in the efficient and secure provision of this website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 GDPR (conclusion of contract). Our hosting provider collects on the basis of our interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR, our hosting provider collects data about every access to the server on which this service is located (server log files). The access data includes the URL accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL, IP address and the requesting provider.
This information is stored for security reasons (e.g. to investigate misuse or fraud) for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. Data whose further storage is required for evidence purposes is excluded from deletion until final clarification.
In order to speed up the delivery of our pages to our users and to protect the servers of our hosting provider from DDOS attacks etc., we use the “Cloudflare” service of the provider Cloudflare, Inc, 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, Attention: Data Protection Officer. Contacting us
When contacting us (e.g. by contact form, e-mail, telephone or via social media), the user’s details are processed to process the contact request and its handling in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. In particular, we use “Zoho Desk”, from Zoho Corporation B. V., Beneluxlaan 4B, 3527 HT Utrecht, which has undertaken to comply with European data protection law, to process incoming emails. We delete the requests if they are no longer necessary. We review the necessity every two years; the statutory archiving obligations also apply.
